In the breakfast room,
once a Roman cistern, guests can enjoy a rich and
abundant buffet breakfast, surrounded by ancient Roman
artefacts, found during restoration of the building.
Our staff
will welcome you with freshly-baked croissants, cakes,
cookies , bread , as well as eggs, ham, cheese, salami,
cereal, yoghurts , and assorted honey, marmalade,
fruit-juice and seasonal fresh fruit.
WINE BAR
Every day at 6 pm at Hotel Santa Maria,
only a few steps away
from the Residenza, it is offered a complimentary
buffet (drinks not included).
Choosing from the refined selection of Italian wines
stocked in the Hotel Santa Maria's Cellar (ranging from Vermentino di Gallura to Brunello di Montalcino ) guests
can enjoy the pleasant relaxing atmosphere of the
café-bar and the garden of the Hotel.

tranquil spot for savouring a glass of excellent wine
before venturing out to the picturesque and intimate
alleys of Trastevere in search of a good “osteria” or
